Songs for the Dark - Singing as Medicine

Join transpersonal therapist, Cara Carlson and Songleader Sarina Partridge for a therapeutic group integrating cultural knowledge and community practices to support healing and wellness. Remembering together how to be well, to care for ourselves and one another, and collectively learning and singing simple songs to support us as we move towards the darkness of winter. We will practice using cultural inquiry, personal reflection and community singing as an individual and collective healing modality.

We are offering two meeting times for this four-part series — an afternoon group 2-3:30pm and an evening group 6-7:30pm on these Wednesdays: November 29 & December 6, 13, 20. Culminating in an opportunity to sing in community ritual for Winter Solstice, Friday December 22 (time TBA)

Anam Cara House - 3612 Bloomington Ave. Minneapolis, MN 55407
